Platinum or black carbon print mounted on card, cabinet format, of a painting of Nevil Story-Maskelyne, seated three-quarter length, facing to right, holding a small goniometer in his right hand and a large crystal in his left. Signed by the subject. It is the portrait painted in 1895 by John Collier.
