Description

From Miss Ellen Willmott's collection. Wood-framed painted sliding type lantern slide with image of a woman in a rain shower - when the glass is slid to one side her wig and hat blow off and her umbrella buckles. The frame has a paper label "EW" and is stamped with the maker's mark of Newton.
