Description

"ARTS AND COMMERCE PROMOTED:"

Busts facing left of Scientia superposing Mercury. The border is a band of alternating thistle, rose, and shamrock.

Box: a red leather compact lined with white silk and blue velvet.

The published note reads "The Large Silver Medal was presented to Mr. J. Holland, 6, Manor Place, Walworth, for his Microscopic Triplet and Doublet; from which the following communication has been received.'
