Cigar Box with Two Carbon Rods and Wires attached to Base

Upside-down wooden cigar box without lid with colour label on one ends and partial label on one side. Two carbon rods attached to the top with metal wires which protrude off the end. Duct tape(?) wrapped around wire end of carbon rods. Wire is textile coated.
