Model of a Wooden Astronomical Instrument (Incomplete)

A long thin wooden bar with a rectangular body. Both ends have short rectangular wooden bars that are perpendicular to the ends. One end has a copper alloy fitting consisting of a hollow rectangle and a solid rectangle attached to the shaft. There is a wire tied to the hollow rectangle.
