Description

Instrument consists of a Foucalt Regulator housed in a copper alloy body. Extending from body is a rotating apparatus consisting of two metal triangular fins held either side of a central pillar via a spring mechanism. The regulator's housing features a gradated scale with pointer. A handle extends from one side of the housing. Attached to regulator is a cylindrical drum

Also stored in the case is a smaller cylindrical drum with spokes at either end. Each set of spokes has a central hole for connecting to mechanism.

A metal A-frame with three cylindrical holes for accommodating screws.

A limb with ratcheting along its length. A collar is attached to rack work.

A T-shaped metal handle.

A set of two metal brackets, a twin collar and four screws.

A triangular shaped metal bar.

Instrument is stored in a wooden case with metal handle and key operated lock. A hook is attached to interior of door. Case has built in supports for holding accessories.
