Description

Marconi Balanced Crystal Receiver Type 16 with ebonite panel on teak case with brass wall-hanging brackets. With aerial tuning inductance, two slide type potentiometers, dials for intensifer (scale 0-90) and jigger (transformer) switch (scale 1-3). With sliding condenser for jigger (scale 0-6), two crystal detectors. With .01 capacitance aerial tuning condenser with tuning dial (scale 0-9,SHORT). With two brass headphone terminals (marked "TELEPHONE") and three brass battery terminals (marked collectively as "BATTERY" and individually as "+", "0", "-"). Previously associated with Instruction Manuals For Marconi Crystal Receiver Type 16 (Inv. Num. 39535).
