Description

Morse Twin-Contact Key, with lacquered brass components and glazed top cylinder on ebonite surface base. With bakelite handle on tapper, and two red bakelite terminals. With four lacquered brass screw terminals on upper surface of base. Glazed top reveals interior of twin-contact end and nickel-plated? components of tapper. Made for, or with the authorisation of, the GPO, hence of British manufacture. Underside of base reveals assorted brass contacts. Previously catalogued with five other Morse Keys (Inv. Num.s 47410, 24429, 95560, 42110, 83986).
