Description

Plaster cast portrait bust of Sir Isaac Newton FRS (1642-1727). This is a replica of David Le Marchand's (1674-1726) Ivory Statuette of Sir Isaac Newton, full face, wearing a robe over an open shirt with two buttons at the collar. Sir Isaac Newton was an English astronomer, mathematician, physicist and theologian, renowned as one of the most influential and revolutionary scientists of all time.
