Description

Red and blue glass beads for use with Vernon Harcourt. The beads both float below 16 degrees C, both sink above 18 degrees C. At the lower temperature the chloroform uptake is lower than indicated and vice versa.

Circular, transparent plastic box lined with cotton containing one red glass bead one blue glass bead, and a display label.

Invented in 1903 by Vernon-Harcourt, Augustus George.
