Description
Base on three adjustable feet, with two terminals. On the base is a tall box with copper alloy plates on the front and back, with two knurled screws at the top of either side. In the centre there is a window allowing sight of a small plate on a vertical axle, presumably designed to spin with application of an electrical current.
