Description
Wimshurst machine by King, Mendham & Co.; consisting of two spinning glass wheels with sixteen small metal plates on each wheel, brushes, collecting combs, two layden jars and adjustable electrodes, all attached to the machine. Additional parts include an instruction booklet, pair of black wheels, two metal boxes of accessories, scissor handled tongs, gathered paper strips, and hand-held adjustable electrodes with wooden handle. All stored in fitted wooden case with hinged door and metal handle for carrying.
