Description
Kaleidoscope with slides. Mahogany box with sliding lid and multi-faceted viewing lens at one end, 12 hand-painted slides (one broken), with a range of images; a swan, a man wrestling with the bear, a lion, a man on a horse.
The slides slot into the end of the box. When viewed through the lens multiple versions of the image appear. These can be rotated when the lens is turned.
