Description

1a wind rose with index (vane missing), compass viewing hole; 1b vertical pin gnomon dial for ordinary hours indicating solar declination and length of the day; gnomon holes for 42, 48, 54 and latitude table with 17 places in three columns; 2a compass, horizontal string-gnomon dial, two scaphe dials for Italian and Babylonian hours; 2b circular table of Gregorian and Julian epacts, age of moon and hours surrounding a brass hour disc marked "NACHT / VHR".
