Description

Circular base with three adjustable feet, central compass box with two spirit levels, folding latitude arc 45-90°. Hinged hour circle with folding gnomon.

The latitudes of Kiev, Kazan, St. Petersburg, Archangel, Yaroslav, Moscow, Tula, and Kaluga, are engraved on the base.
