Description

An Instantograph folding plate field camera. The main wooden body of the camera has 2 wooden panels connected by a bellows. One of these wooden panels has a large copper alloy cylindrical lens mount with a circular fitting on top that rotates to open and close the lens. The other wooden panel has a glass plate in a wooden frame on 2 hinges that allow it to be opened to reveal the lens and bellows. The camera has a separate wooden base-board with a copper alloy winding crank that extends the base. It also has two wooden double dark slides There is also a triangular copper alloy frame, a black plastic cylindrical fitting with an aperture in the centre and a paper handwritten note in black ink.
