Description
In Elliott Archive 4/20/2, typescipt description of dynamometer instruments. Cyanotype (blueprint) photograph from a glass negative of a voltmeter, forming figure 3 of W. Phillips's text. The instrument and original photograph are pre-1917. Note that the circuit diagram in the lid of the instrument is a blueprint.
