Description

Box Sextant, Two paper discs with notes regarding tangents in leather case.

Contents of case are the following: Sextant base, with dial and magnifier. Scale range from 0-150; Sextant lid, metal, with handle to top; Paper note in form of protractor. Scale 1-180 on one side. I. Inch scale 10-0-0-10 on the other side; Paper note, disc shaped. One side has listed figures titled 'Natural Tangents to a Base of 100', the other side notes and equation and a table featuring multiplier and angles; Leather case for box sextant and paper notes. Case has cream stitching, flip open lid and leather strap with buckle fastening.
