Description

Gilt brass and silvered brass folding case which includes a lunar volvelle and aspectarium, a vertical dial sharing a string gnomon with a horizontal dial for latitude 51° with a magnetic compass. There is also a circular table of times of sunrise and sunset and of the lenghts of day and night.
