Description
"Framed and glazed, in a rather large frame. Given by Lewis Evans soon after the foundation of the Museum, and formerly displayed in the Museum (as a portrait of its founder), prior to acquisition of the actual painting (inv. 62096), which had been reduced in size and the background instruments and clock painted out.
Wood frame, gilt inside edge, with inscribed metal plaque to bottom. Photograph bound to brown mount board. Wood backboard secured with nails."
