Table of the Weather. will without trouble suggest to the Observer what kind of weather will most probably follow the Moon's entrance into any of her Quarters (See Almanack) The above Table constructed upon a Philosophical consideration of the attraction of the Sun and Moon in their several positions respecting the Earth and confirmed by the experience of many years actual observation and that so near the truth that in very few instances it will be found to fail. Reference: if it be New or Full Moon or the Moon enters into the first of the last Quarters at the hour of 12 at Noon or between the Hours of 12 and 2 O'Clock (the Table points out)in Summer it will be very Rainy in Winter Snow or Rain and so on.
