Description
Instrument head has a cutting blade, the position of which is moved by a mill-edged knob on the side of the instrument head. There is a hinged plate which covers the mechanism inside the head, a metal switch on the handle, and the instrument's handle has a threaded end. There are also two tubes with valved, screw threaded ends.
