Description

Marconiphone Two-Valve Receiver Type V2A (Long Range Model), with two ebonite wavelength plates, a regenerator unit in mahogany case with BBC and Marconi logo transfers. With nickel-plated terminals, Bakelite plug dials and assorted metal components within interior. With two pairs of headphones and battery plugs on one exterior side, battery plugs marked Low Tension (L.T.) and High Tension (H.T.). With Aerial and Earth plugs on other exterior side. With two nickel-plated knobs on each exterior side. With matching set of headphones.

Headphones accompanying Marconiphone Two-Valve Receiver Type V2A, by Marconiphone Company, English, c. 1924. Headphones are adjustable with ball swivel joint to earpieces. Brown corded cable spits into dual red and green pins.
