Dallmeyer Camera Triple Achromatic Lens

Triple Achromatic lens manufactured by Dallmeyer. Features a cylindrical shaped body with  a glass lens at either end. There is a further, third glass lens held in place in the middle of the tube, this is accessed via a rectangular shaped opening in the side of the body tube. Opposite this opening is a section of ratcheting where rack work can be attached. The body tube has a detachable collar which is engraved with the manufacturer's name. The name 'R Gunther' has also been engraved by hand on the collar.
