Description

Small stipple engraving of a slightly fanciful portrait of Copernicus, less than half length, holding a small model demonstrating or symbolising heliocentricity.

Wooden frame with moulded gold and black detail to front. Backing board with label attached to back 'The Art and Stationary Company Limited, 14 Broad Street, Oxford'. Glazed.
