Description
Instrument sits on a folding tripod base. Tripod sits beneath a central rounded pillar with hinged pivot joint. Instrument is a cylindrical tube with a screw off lens cap at either end. A plane mirror is mounted of the interior of one end of the tube. A screw mounted to the side of the tube controls location of plane mirror.
two eyepieces of different lengths. Both have removable pin-hole viewing lenses. Longer eyepiece has a separate darkened lens attachment.
Instrument is stored in a wooden box with two swing clasps. Box has inbuilt felt lined supports, for holding instrument and accessories. Two removable wooden supports lock the telescope and accessories in place.
