Description

The test tube contains cotton wool and a note that says, "CO2 (pure) prepared from white marble + HCL 4 Oct/88 Moslsey". Both discharge tubes have a narrow middle section, the smaller tube also has a branch.

Another note reads, "Two discharge-tubes containing silicon tetrafluoride(?) and carbon dioxide respectively. Prepared by J. J. Marley. 1888. (From the Da...eny ....oratory).
