Case for Reflecting Circle, Early 19th Century

The case is a shallow wooden square box with a hinged lid, metal hook-fasteners and a shield-shaped locking mechanism. Inside of box has holders of various shapes and sizes on the base and underside of the lid to hold the tools and accessories in place, with black fabric paddings.
