Description

Painted black copper alloy tourniquet capstan with rectangular base and screw with tightening mechanism which comprises a small cog with teeth which are held by a metal pawl, which pivots on a screw to be released. There is a rectangular piece of card with "556" written on it, tied to the object with string.
