Description

The fuller aquatic microscope outfits (advertised around the end of the 18th century by makers such as Dollond and Bancks) often included a screw-barrel microscope as an accessory, providing an alternative configuration which was useful for viewing slides. The same lenses, of which three are provided, fit both the screw-barrel and the standard lens holder. Other accessories include an 3 objectives 2 with caps 1 with Lieberkühn, 1 Ivory talc box, 1 black and white disc, 3 Bone sliders and a copper alloy slider.
