Description

Wooden box of microscope accessories, the wooden box has recesses for the accessories and felt lined supports. There are ten copper alloy objectives of differing sizes within lidded cans, some are labelled 'A. Rofs London', others labelled 'Bakers London' and one is labelled 'Merz'. There is one copper alloy Lieberkühn with a highly shined surface and the cylinder has a vertical opening running the length of the cylinder. There are nine eyepieces in total; including seven copper alloy eyepieces, 2 with 'B' inscribed on them and 2 with 'C' inscribed on them, 2 are much flatter in shape and the final one is the smallest. The final two eyepieces have a curved raised lip to the top of the eyepiece. Rectangular glass slide, with smaller raised rectangular section adhered to the surface. Copper alloy body tube for microscope with a screw attachment, with attached eyepieces. There is a circular wood box containing paper sheets, with handwriting upon the sheets, and glass circles. Metal multi-arm attachment, with 20 arms. Small amber coloured fragment of glass. Copper alloy rimmed mirror on hinged metal arm.
