Description

Wooden hinged case with a lock closing mechanism.  Inside the case is lined with felt which originally would have been purple.   There are recesses for storing the parts of the enema syringe.  The case contains a copper alloy-plated main syringe body with a plunger which extends.  There is a circular fitting on the side of the syringe and a thread on the plunger for fixing in accessories.  The syringe has the marker's trademark inscribed on the side of the cylindrical body.  There is a lead-weighted metal disc accessory with a threaded hole in the middle to fix in an accessory.  A metal syringe nozzle .  A red lacquered leather tube with a metal attachment at one end; at the other end there are five small holes.  A green string-lined tube with metal ends.  One of the ends has a second threaded nozzle which has a cap screwed on it.
