Square box with two tubes protruding from opposite sides, one is fitted with an eyepiece. On the side of the box two card sheets which together are inscribed with a ring of degree are slotted together around a central dial with an arm protruding from it, the arm turns the dial which in turn tilts the view inside the eyepiece.
