Description

Round copper alloy casing with a lid on hinge and two keyholes along the base. The lid has a glass aperture showing the clock dial. On a solid copper alloy loop hook. English lever escapement. Paper disc rotates once in 12 hours and is punched by one of six pins each

activated by one of six keys that are kept at the stations to be visited by the

watchman. On the back of the paper is written "9/9/37KC" - possibly the date.
