Description

Laboratory apparatus, used to secure the cranial chamber to the calvarium. Seven silver pins are contained in a see-through plastic tube box with a lid. There are two transparent plastic dishes with threaded slots in their sides. Contained in a cardboard box with an all-round-the-box sliding lid. The calvarium (or skullcap) is the upper part of the neurocranium and covers the cranial cavity containing the brain.
