Gregorian brass telescope with metal mirror in a shagreen fishskin case.

.1 - Pocket telescope. Copper alloy tube with fixed eyepiece. Adjustable mirror to inside of tube. Cover for objective end of telescope. Ivory tag '535' attached with wire around outside of neck.

.2 - Fitted case for pocket telescope. Black shagreen cover. Lined with green velvet. Hinged with two metal hook fastenings. Adhesive label to end with number '535' handwritten on in pencil.
