Small oak cabinet containing fossils, seeds and other material collected by Richard Dyer. Some are in their original wrappings, and are labelled in the handwriting of Edward Lhwyd (or Lhuyd) (1690-1708), second Keeper of the Ashmolean.

Total no. of drawers - 35. Total no. of specimen boxes within - 189 + 2 loose specimens.
