Commemorative Wall Plaque, Polish

Circular copper alloy plaque with a shield-shaped crest embossed in the centre.  Within the shield-shaped crest, there is a cross on top of a three-legged base. There is an inscription embossed around the exterior of the disc, with two lines of the inscription running horizontally across the bottom of the plaque. On the back of the plaque, there is an attached arm for hanging. The plaque is covered in a slightly gold-coloured paint that creates texture with the darker copper alloy underneath.
