Description

Wooden square tube. Circular plaque on top with inscription "J. Dollond & Son / London / Optician to his Royal

Highness / THE / DUKE OF YORK". Eyepiece present, with other pieces visible inside tube when eyepiece removed. Some glass fragments loose in tube at (intact) object lens. Small hook with string attached loose in a separate plastic bag.
