Description

An instrument used in memory experiments.

According to accession information (Frank Rown or Geoff Bunn) it is an early prototype design made by Campden Instruments although there is no label. A plywood box houses a motor that rotates a drum. At the back of the instrument is the power connection (no cable) and a small control panel to adjust the speed of the drum and for other input. At the front is a grey metal panel with four flaps that open up individually to reveal a section of the drum.
