Description
A thick brass plate carries a swivel arm which provides a pivot for a bar that holds at one end a glass disc in a brass ring that is mounted on a pair of pins. The other end has a screw with a knob that provides the leverage to press the glass disc down upon the thick glass disc held in the plate, with the specimen pressed between the discs.
