Enema in a fabric covered case.  The wooden case is covered in brown fabric and has metal hinges and two metal clasps.  Inside, the case is lined with a red fabric and has compartments for holding the instruments.  There is a maker's label in the lid of the box and a paper handwritten label in the base of the box.  There is also a lacquered pipe section which is stuck inside the case.  The case contains: A metal syringe with a rounded nozzle and a circular-handled plunger.

A metal tap-like fitting, with three nozzles to screw other accessories onto and a round-ended rectangular tap.

A wooden-handled metal accessory, which is long with a rounded end.  The wooden handle is black and has a white band around it; top of the wooden handle screws off underneath the white band.

A metal syringe nozzle with a flattened end.

A length of grey rubber tubing which has broken into three pieces, with a metal attachment at one end of the largest length.
