Description
A heavy instrument by Elliott Brothers of London. It stands on a base with three flat legs, one of which is attached to an apparatus that is also attached to the centre mount on the stage above by a thin strip of Copper Alloy. The central mount has three arms each with a screw for attachments and a Copper Alloy circle mounted on a spring. The stage itself is mad of three plates the outside two have the degrees of a circle marked out. The central plate has 0-15 marked out at intervals around its circumference. Below the stage is a large weight with an arm that reaches up above the stage.
