Description

Hammer for striking bell, part of a large clock. Possibly from a building. The head of the hammer is held in place by pins that attach it to an iron rod with a square shaped cross section that passes though the back of the head. The iron rod is twisted and deformed as it attaches perpendicularly to another iron rod that has a bracket clasped to it with a long bent piece of flat iron with four holes jutting out of it.
