Empty wooden case for astronomical or mural quadrant. Handwritten note inside identifies it as such, and that it formerly belonged to a Dr Gregory. Further information from the note is unclear as part of it is ripped away. Mention of Greenwich.
Cloakroom label attached to outside is red 173 -- "case of Gregory's quadrant".
