Description

Tintmeter or actinometer in the style of a pocket watch. The case flips open to reveal a circular sliding chart which can be moved to compare the time and exposure in seconds or minutes with the F. stops and plate speed numbers. The base of the case contains the suggested exposure lengths for different types of photograph, as well as containing the sensitised paper for measuring the light levels.
