Rotational Speed Indicator, by Elliott Brothers (London) Ltd.. Indicator is encased in a metal cylinder with a dual scale. Indicator is stored in a leather case with metal clasp, velvet fitting and silk? lining to lid. Also stored in case is two metal fittings.
