Rotational Speed Indicator, by Elliott Brothers (London) Ltd.. Indicator is encased in a metal cylinder with a scale under glass. Indicator is stored in a leather case with metal clasp, velvet fitting and silk? lining to lid. Also stored in case are two metal fittings.
