Gelatine print mounted on grey card. Portrait of (Sir) W. Keith Hancock, historian, head and shoulders turned slightly to left. Walter Stoneman's stamp on back of mount, but no identification or date. The photograph is loosely enclosed in a file of newspaper cuttings relating to the book The British War Economy (1949), by Hancock & Gowing, in the archive of Margaret Gowing's papers.
