Description
Platinum print mounted on card, framed and glazed, with calligraphic heading and names. Group portrair of the Oxford University Chemical Club, including J. E. Marsh, W. H. Perkin, and A. Angel (the three at front centre). This is probably the last group portrait of the club, which (unlike the Alembic Club) did not revive after the war. University coat of arms has become detached from the heading.
